Problem
Watching for conflicting trademarks by hand did not scale with the portfolio.
What I did
- 01Wrote the requirements the vendors were judged against.
- 02Ran a four-vendor evaluation and made the build-vs-buy call.
- 03Led the in-house build with the team and reported progress to management.
- 04Made validation against historical outcomes a rollout gate for model output that drives a legal recommendation.
